So 30 days ago, I stopped drinking

While also picking up my mileage on the bike and going completely barefoot on the runs.

I didn’t lose much “weight”, only about 3 lbs, but I did gain about 10-11 lbs of muscle.

I measure myself at the same time everyday with a Tanita BC-1000 scale using my Garmin Edge 800 as the reader.
